The Ryco automatic pin-bone removers are very sophisticated machines that can process from 10 to 30 fillets per minute depending upon the model and fish. They are designed for salmon and trout fillets, but have been adapted for other species. They remove 95% of the pin-bones.

There are 2 models (up to 2 lanes): These products are made in the USA and installed by factory technicians.

These machines are in use in many locations and are the machines of choice for Alaskan fish processors. Unlike many other machines, Ryco Pin Bone Removers can be used on FRESH Coho Salmon. Many others cannot process fish before they have gone through rigor.

Two Models

The 659F Single (shown) is a single lane Automatic pin-bone remover capable of doing up to 15 fillets per minute.
The 659F Double has 2 lanes and can process up to 30 fillets per minute.
